Feature request: add `gren_packages/` to `.gitignore` by default when `gren init`

Hi, Gren language community. I'd like to request a feature where gren init command adds gren_packages/ directory to .gitignore (or .git/info/exclude) automatically when using git. If it is inconvenient, then please let gren init command urge you to do so in the prompt.

For example;

$ gren init
...
blah blah blah
...
Hints: You can add `gren_packages/` in your .gitignore or .git/info/exclude to ignore packages directory.

Hi, community. You should include .gren directory in .gitignore, too BTW.
It might be a good solution for you to provide a default .gitignore for gren language in the documentations.

We recommend gren_packages be added to version control so you won't need to download anything unless the dependencies change. .gren should be in a gitignore though, thanks!
