IceTray runner fails due to disk quota exceeded #861

Describe the bug
IceTray runner fails due to disk quota exceeded during the installation of GraphNeT.
The failure is not caused by changes to the workflow, but rather that the size of the dependencies of GraphNeT has changed slightly, exceeding the assigned disk quota for free-tier GitHub-hosted runners.
This is affecting current pull requests, for example #854, #856, #857 and #859
