enh: Refactor RecentSources component

• Refactoring classification code to remove RecentSources component in ICARE.

@Theodlz What do you think about previous classification that are already put on sources ? How can we turn these into source tags effectively?

@camilledzt first I think we need a PR on SkyPortal, to auto-add those new tags to sources we create when ingesting a GCN event. I'll be happy to take a crack at that later this week but can otherwise discuss it with you to provide some guidance, that system can be a little opaque. Once that is added, we can safely drop the current system that's in Icare (that relies on classifications), that way we don't disrupt the current operations?

But to answer your question: we can juste write a quick script to run once in production to add tags for all existing classifications added with the grandma taxonomy.
