PyG-SchNetGNN.ipynb has pip dependency errors

After running the pip install cell the output includes

ERROR: pip's dependency resolver does not currently take into account all the packages that are installed. This behaviour is the source of the following dependency conflicts.
optimum 1.6.1 requires numpy<1.24.0, but you have numpy 1.24.0 which is incompatible.

Restarting the kernel and rerunning the notebook doesn’t clear it

NumPy 1.24 was Dec 18 '22; that may be the conflict

Still seeing this, now

aiohttp 3.8.3 requires charset-normalizer<3.0,>=2.0, but you have charset-normalizer 3.0.1 which is incompatible.

Restart kernel doesn't clear, probably because of the --force_reinstall. The notebook runs anyway so this is minor.

Note I removed the -q to see the errors
