Some notebooks setup instructions need updating

Some notebooks contain setup instructions not yet updated that refer to things like the Poplar SDK environment being enabled, which is not the Paperspace user setup, or they don't mention Paperspace.

Including:

- `useful-tips/managing_ipu_resources.ipynb`
- `image-classification/image_classification.ipynb`
