table rendering badly in both jekyll output and in github

initially i thought of replacing the table with html tags, which, based on my understanding from a little googling, i think likely will render correctly in both the jekyll output and in github.

but then i noticed that cl-descriptions.html#tags is already rendering correctly for both jekyll and github:

so i think a fix like suggested in #64 will be both simpler and guaranteed to work for both jekyll and github: use the 3 backticks: "```"
