Hi, and thanks for midscroll.
I wanted to suggest a small UX improvement inspired by Windows autoscroll behavior.
On Windows, when middle-button autoscroll is active, a dedicated cursor/icon appears at the anchor point to show that scrolling is in progress. This visual cue makes the mode immediately recognizable and helps users understand that the pointer is now in an autoscroll state.
Midscroll already reproduces the scrolling behavior very well, but I wondered whether an optional Windows-style indicator could be added as an alternative visual mode.
This could be implemented as an opt-in setting.
Thanks for considering it!
