Figured I throw up a little summary as far as I can recall it. This was the agenda:

Anyone got any topics for tonights tech pod meeting? I'm thinking some variety of:

1. With regards to current open issues, catch on who's working on what and where they're at.
2. Discuss how we should rotate or distribute issues to people internally (we already have soft consensus that we get Gnars members first dibs over random devs on Github).
3. Talk about retro-compensation for managing Tech Pod stuff like deployments, pull request reviews, issue creation, running meetings, etc. Maybe a few Gnars from the Tech Pod treasury at the end of each month?
4. Brainstorm ideas for use cases of $Sendit tokens and draft up a proposal to transfer some from the Gnars treasury to the Tech Pod.

1. Gnars frontend dependency update still underway. Base treasury viewer just needs review then should be ready to merge.
2. I think we agreed just doing this ad hoc is fine for now. Obviously, Tech Pod gets priority. There is enough to go around for now.
3. Still need to settle on details, but these Discussion forums are a precursor to logging/tracking administrative tasks so that we can more transparently distribute retro-compensation on a monthly basis.
4. Good brainstorming session on ideas for $Sendit use cases. They will be added to a prop in collaboration with the Community Pod that requests a moderate allocation of $Sendit to start experimenting with.
