Feedback for “TikTok” -> Quick Update on TikTok API Connection & Sandbox Mode

Hi there,

Just wanted to share a quick note about some challenges I faced while connecting my TikTok - and how I resolved them.

Issue & Solution
I initially had trouble connecting TikTok.

Error Message:
We couldn't log in with TikTok. This may be due to specific app settings.
If you're a developer, correct the following and try again:
client_key

The fix? Creating an organization and then activating Sandbox Mode for the App.

Important: Note that the Client_ID and Secret are different for the Sandbox environment!

Additional Observations
It seems TikTok may have updated their API - I couldn’t find the video.create scope anymore.

For now, I’ve successfully connected my account, but I haven’t tested posting yet.

were you able to get it to work. i got it approved and logged in but nothing shows when i do a post.
