Doesn't build out of the box for arm64 toolchain

I cloned the mainline today. I tried to build against the arch64-linux-android toolchain. The build fails due to a missing header <pty.h>. Touching the file and removing netcat causes other problems. Can you give me some pointers on how to build toybox?

I'm so sorry. My confounded browser keeps crashing and I had to type that out 3 times and I think I missed some info the last time round. Anyhoo here goes.

It says missing < pty.h> . Investigating the include folder of the toolchain, there is no pty.h.
I read somewhere that others facing this problem just removed the netcat toy and touched pty.h in the include folder. I tried that and got some other error that seemed like forward referencing problems. So I guess that isn't the right thing to do.
