I tried running the mutsig2cv by giving /=.maf file as input but i get : reference/mutation_type_dictionary.v4.txt
error.

Did you download the reference files from here?

Thank you for the link, seems like chrome was blocking the download. yes I have the refence files now.
apart from this can you tell me a proper method to convert my somatic snv files to maf?
