Netlify build image update

Hello, Netlify is requesting that this site update its build image:

This project is using an older build image that will reach end of support in January 2026. Please update your build image here.

⚠️ Support for the Focal build image will end on January 1, 2026. We recommend switching to the Ubuntu Noble 24.04 build image as soon as possible.

I can help with this if no maintainer has access to the Netlify project (though if that is the case, we need to correct that). But I prefer that the projects handle this update themselves, as there is a risk, however slight, that upgrading the build image could break the site build in a way I would be unable to correct if I make the update.

This issue may need to go in getporter/porter but I can triage this to help with the problem.

Thanks @troy0820, I appreciate that. There's a lot of these to wrangle across about 50 projects. Any help I can get will make this go smoother 😊
