1s recording interval in automatic location recording does not work properly

Problem description

On 1s recording interval in automatic location recording, points are created less frequent than every 1s.

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Open all question types form
2. Go to geotrace or geoshape question
3. Add points using automatic location recording (set recording interval to 1s)
