FEATURE REQUEST: [FIREHOSE] Support Iceberg destination configuration #9546
Description
Currently firehose destination support does not seem to include Iceberg. It would be very helpful so as to enable testing of firehose streams which are delivering to Iceberg.

PS. If anyone happens to know of a workaround I would greatly appreciate hearing about it.
