Custom text for tooltips

Hi,

I cannot seem to customize the tooltip text content. Would be great if along with enabling/disabling tooltips when calling .enableDraw, one could also supply custom texts to the tooltips. In our case we would like to have some non-generic text and so cannot just use the i18n support to solve this. If it were part of DrawModeOptions one would have more control.
