There are use cases where it would be helpful to have a service deployable inside corporations to produce a SVG from a mermaid diagram.

Add an entry to cyberchef to convert mermaid diagram text to SVG

Mermaid is a hugely popular javascript diagramming library.
Since mermaid is itself implemented in javascript, it should be easy to add to cyberchef.
