Break down Library.jsx into a smaller more manageable files.

I propose we make:

  • Library.jsx the main layout.
  • api.js for making api calls from the layout/component
  • utils.js for other utility functions
  • use Context API?
  • make a useLibraryState.js hook

Ideas for some files:

BookForm.jsx
ReviewSystem.jsx
