Primary demo site is not available

The readme and various websites point to the following URL as the main testing page for this library:
https://react-usa-map-demo.herokuapp.com/

Right now that page shows a Heroku landing page saying "There's nothing here, yet."

I am about to archive this repository, I am not even sure if the code is working since it’s outdated
