Feature request: Common Video Keyboard Shortcuts

Use Cases

There seem to be a couple of shortcut-related issues already. However, those seem to target perfection, whilst I'm still annoyed on a day-to-day basis that basic shortcuts that would highly improve QoL don't exist yet.

So, this should be a straightforward task to implement in an hour or two, with a very high benefit to average user QoL.

Proposal

• Add basic, often-used shortcuts:
  • > Increase Playback Speed
  • < Decrease Playback Speed
  • Shift+N Next Video in Queue
  • Shift+P Previous Video in Queue
• Make shortcuts only apply with exact modifier key match
  • Do not trigger actions if additional modifier keys are active. If they are, the user didn't intend the action in question.
• Bonus points for chapter navigation like add keybinds #519

I'm not aiming for complex stuff like configurable shortcuts (#42) or any special cases (#259).

Side note: I've been wondering for months now why simple PRs like #364 are just ignored. That's why I don't put effort into a PR myself… It feels… Demotivating to contribute.
