Disable certain hotkeys systemwide

Is it possible to use mki to disable hotkeys like alt + tab system wide?

If not, pleas give suggestions for disabling certain hotkeys, by intercepting them and not passing on to the OS

Windows, or linux?

In windows I think you can pass false to the callback to tell the OS to inhibit the original signal, pretty sure that's implemented, have yout ried it?
