Remove broken section from mobile dev guide

Thanks for opening this issue ! @huyenltnguyen

I fixed the malformed table rendering in the section #1113, but I see that the intent of the issue is also to remove the section since the commands are not relevant to the mobile .

Happy to update the PR to remove the section entirely if that’s preferred .
