Merge into main repo?

I wonder if we could merge this in to the main repo, or otherwise see it included in the mac package?

Should be doable - would be good to have it confirmed working flawlessly on win+linux first though.

And once that's done you're probably a better person to suggest it on the main repo - I can't even get a fix for the menu arrows through ;)

Best to ship and iterate in my opinion :)

I've asked @frank-trampe to focus on helping you get your designs in the next release that is due in about a week's time, but as a volunteer what he does it up to him :)

Sounds great - there are a couple of controversial choices if the design is to be complete such as updating the icon for all platforms and removing all menu icons (I feel quite strongly about this - from a UX perspective most of them are very bad and the rest are superfluous)
