[enhancement] Receive from a MISP Event

A case can be updated, from a MISP Event, regarding taxonomies, galaxies and objects.

A type of connector exist, receive_from, but is not used properly. Actually any send_to connectors can be used to update a case.

Also, the checkbox used to define a connector as updater of the case is a bit hide in the UI
