Completely periodic interval exchange transformations #121
Description
One would like to be able to run quickly through the statistics of completely periodic directions in a Veech surface. This is a situation where we know that each saddle connection direction gives a completely periodic translation flow. With the current approach in flatsurf, we want to be able to treat a lot of completely periodic iet defined over a fixed number field.
The arithmetic case (ie defined over Q) is discussed in #104.
