Failed to load environment with host-spawn terminal #339

Description

@stephanlachnit

Using the new flatpak sandbox, I get the following warning (permanently shown on the bottom left):

2026-04-05T19:51:08+02:00 ERROR [project::environment] Failed to load shell environment for directory "/home/stephan/Projects/constellation/flatpak": capturing shell environment with "/app/bin/host-spawn": Failed to deserialize environment variables from json: : EOF while parsing a value at line 1 column 0
2026-04-05T19:51:08+02:00 ERROR [project::environment] Failed to load shell environment for directory "/home/stephan/.var/app/dev.zed.Zed/config/zed": capturing shell environment with "/app/bin/host-spawn": login shell exited with exit status: 2. stdout: "", stderr: "/usr/bin/bash: error reading input file: Bad file descriptor\n"
2026-04-05T19:51:08+02:00 INFO [util] set environment variables from shell:/bin/sh, path:/home/stephan/.local/bin:/home/stephan/.nvm/versions/node/v24.14.0/bin:/home/stephan/.local/bin:/app/bin:/usr/bin:/home/stephan/.var/app/dev.zed.Zed/data/node/bin:/home/stephan/.var/app/dev.zed.Zed/data/cargo/bin:/home/stephan/.var/app/dev.zed.Zed/data/python/bin

Would be nice if it would be possible to get rid of the warning somehow
