Image capture through robot

Image capture implemented in image_capture branch. Tested on Nexus 5x and it worked. Doesn't work in One plus 6 ( PlatformAbstraction functions aren't being called) . There seems to be an issue in android emulator.
Not sure if the issues is in the emulator or the fact that it's KitKat
