- Multiple tools required for addressing a single need - "collaboration" (Eg. Slack, Zoom, Calendly, Miro, Trello)
- Cost: Amount of Money spend on multiple tools for collaborating with team members
- Privacy of Organisation's data / Users Data (Employees in the organisation) is not a priority for service providers in the market
- There is no single application that addresses all (or) most basic requirements of office collaboration
