How to show Ingnored Packages from pacman.conf in full view again?

Hi, I noticed this on recent update (I'm on version 2.9.9). Want to know if it's gone or there is option to show it up again? since myself can't find the option.

Previously, ignored packages were still shown in the updates list, just like pacman does, but since #193 they have been excluded from the list.

Will there be option to show it on update list in the future plan?
I still want to be notified about ignored packages update in case any major update already available.

Have you considered ignoring the package with a rule, which was added in the latest version? But it doesn't modify pacman.conf; it just adds the --ignore option when running the upgrade.

I just tried the rule option, I think this works. But I need to empty out my ignore list in pacman.conf to make it show on Apdatifier.
I guess I'll need to choose between not showing on Apdatifier or having ignore list on pacman.conf empty.
