I tried 5 times in the span of 3 hours I dunno even now same issue. Am on Plasma 6.7 lol @exequtic

Replace the file in ~/.local/share/plasma/plasmoids/com.github.exequtic.apdatifier/contents/tools/sh/, restart Plasmashell and try upgrading again.

Same issue I did restart shell @exequtic

Try again now, the actual curl error will be shown instead of just «Failed to download package». It should tell you exactly what went wrong (DNS, timeout, SSL, etc.). No need to restart.

Error 28 Resolving timed out - your DNS can't resolve the download hostname. This is usually:

• ISP DNS servers being slow / blocked
• Your /etc/resolv.conf pointing to broken DNS
  Try changing DNS. If that doesn't help - VPN.

@exequtic I have Internet am talking to you from it, I was able to update system too.. So no clue.. Will let it sit until tomorrow thanks.

DNS issues can affect only specific domains. You may still have Internet connectivity and be able to update your system, while DNS resolution for a particular download host fails. That's exactly what a "Resolving timed out" error indicates.
