automate HDM installation using Puppet

Configure the following options:

• config/hdm.yaml
  • PuppetDB URL
  • Access (Cert or PE Token)
  • read_only
  • config_dir (= puppet codedir setting)
• Nginx Proxy (PE)
• Nginx or Apache Proxy (for remote installation or open source installation) - add to documentation (with Puppet code example)
• archive fetch and extract
• hdm user and group
• systemd unit file und servcie hdm (without daemon_reload if using systemd module)
