Need a package version of the Client for UI

Issue: 
Today the UI is installing the data plane client through an open source GitPkg tool. This is problematic as it breaks about once a month. Also, these breaks have been happening more and more.

Request:
Please make a GitHub package that supports NPM packages that the UI project can use to install the client library.
