Adding mst data to the network

Hi, I am new with this package, and I'm interested to add data from a mst tree to the final figure. Could you help me to do it?
At this moment, I'm able to create a correct network, but some branches with known phylogenetic relationships are totally disconnected, and as you showed in different figures of Steinig et al. 2015, adding mst data could solve that for me.

Hey @Dieggarp so sorry did not see this issue for long time. Adding the MST should be as easy as setting mst=TRUE in the netview(...) function when constructing the graphs.

I noticed the documentation of this function is missing from this repository, but you can inspect the function in RStudio or so to check the Params in the meantime. I'll update the docs for a better description as there are multiple parameters that may be useful to people.
