Server side errors

• added basic error responses to server-side stream - some continue with warnings, some fail the stream (triggering shutdown in client)
• consider more robust line parser error - currently if an output line from basecaller client cannot be parsed, it will terminate the client - this may need some degree of leniency to allow for corrupt basecall output particularly in long running experiments
