Double Tap Clicks on photo selectes photo twice

Expected Behavior

double tap should un-select the image.

Actual Behavior

double tap should un-select the image, but it keeps the image selected twice.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Double tap on any image it will select the image twice.
