Feature Request: Support for setting abi URL

I have a set of library projects that require the ABI content of a contract. I’d like to be able to update the ABI in one place and serve it via a URL so all my projects can access it.

Would it be possible to add support for an abi_url_path option in the configuration, similar to the existing abi_file_path?
