`reflection-examples`: Remove `newtype-generics` dependency

`newtype-generics` is [no longer actively maintained](https://github.com/sjakobi/newtype-generics/issues/18). Currently, `reflection-examples.cabal` depends on `newtype-generics`, so we should replace it with something else or remove it entirely.
