Issue with cross-validation in integrated models on Windows

An error seems to be occurring in integrated models on Windows machines when attempting to do cross-validation. This does not appear to be happening for other model types. I'm hoping to get this fixed in the next few days.

This is fixed in the current development version. I will leave this open for now until the new version is placed on CRAN.
