Local variable values not editable in LLDB-MI debug session

It is not possible to edit the value of a local variable from the Variables view within an LLDB-MI debug session. Clicking on a variable value does not open an in-cell editor as expected.

Editing local variable values is now working. Correct presentation of the new value immediately following editing is dependent on lldb-tools/lldb-mi#127.
