Script install.sh has issue

$ cd deploy
$ ./install.sh codewind -n -u has issue.

It fails with the reason below

This failure because install.sh at line 190 is missing to add variable value.

It has been required to change as below
echo " spec: "$FLG_NAMESPACE >> custom-codewind.eclipse.org_v1alpha1_codewind_cr.yaml
