Skipping TestFlight upload - the App Store Connect API key / fastlane match secrets are not set (a documented maintainer carryover). The xcframework build above already validated that the iOS host compiles. Provision ASC_KEY_ID / ASC_ISSUER_ID / ASC_KEY_CONTENT + MATCH_GIT_URL / MATCH_PASSWORD to enable uploads.
