While working on this issue, I noticed that .github/dependabot.yml already exists and appears to track both Go modules (/go.mod) and Rust Cargo dependencies (/simulator) as requested. The configuration seems to have been introduced in commit e2dc90a ("feat(dependency): automated tracking and pr").

Could you confirm whether there are additional requirements for #1434, or if this issue is already satisfied by the existing configuration?
