Option for new window taking over the already existing app layout

Launch Brave

│ Brave (tiled) │ ← automatically takes the tile
└───────────────────────┘

Firefox stays behind as a normal window.

So i have one workspace taking the whole screen the first app takes the workspace but the second app opens in maximized state,if u can implement that the next app takes the workspace on top of existing app it will helpful.
