Data Pull fails for "Essential" level access to the Twitter API (for Documentation)

Per Twitter documentation:

This isn't any fault of twitter-to-sqlite of course, but it should probably be documented as a side-note.

There’s also a limit of 3200 tweets. I wonder if that can be circumvented somehow.
