Hi, I wanna know how to set specific frames per second?

In your paper, you said extracted each video in MSVD-QA p=15 frames per second. I found in HCRN that they use all frames. I hope you can tell how to set such sampling rate

Well, I found this is a two-stage process. I utilize ffmpeg to set all the videos at a specific speed, such as 15fps. Then, I use HCRN to sample frames with clip num and frame per clip. Am I right?
