Add guidance around WFS links

Background

@Swati-Dash had enquired if we could add the instruction to add "/query?outFields=*&where=1%3D1&f=geojson" to the WFS links as it isn't likely there will be the capacity to fix this to happen automatically within the quarter.

Suggestion of adding this near the highlighted section below.

To move this work forward

@paris-dp discussed with @maddie-broxup and we have began thinking about how to best display this as it will elongate the information that is present. Also agreed I will gain some clarification which I will do in comments

• What proportion of users provide WFS liks?
• Is this instruction required for the check tool? Or just submit process only?

@maddie-broxup and Paris, we need to update guidance for both check and submit

pls note that, adding the string "/query?outFields=*&where=1%3D1&f=geojson" to the WFS link will help LPAs to test their data using check-tool but caps the records at 2000. For large datasets like Tree, TPZ and LBO they can check only 2000 records
we need to explain this limitation in the check-tool

We have more than 80 WFS endpoints which are active

with the string we are adding @paris-dp. We have another ticket to use arcgis plugin to the check-tool to get all the records but that will take time to implement
