Feature Request: Provide a picture claim in the ID token #4447

Problem Description
It would be great if Dex could leverage picture URLs from connectors.
Proposed Solution
The built-in connector could just have a new field picture under staticPasswords and other connectors would require specific logic, e.g. Google returns picture in the /userinfo endpoint (which requires the Google Access Token to be called). So when Dex is fetching groups according to the connector to enhance the ID token it could also fetch picture.
