"Hoshin Kanri" (also known as "Policy Deployment" or "Hoshin Planning") is a strategic planning and management methodology that originated in Japan. With Nissan being based out of Japan we naturally adopted some of their reporting techniques.
This is one of my first semi serious web projects. Nissan was migrating away from excel and I was toying with the idea of using this at work to improve our extremely fragmented reporting.
We ended up focusing on other things but this was a solid first project I think
