/f/ Delphi < 2009 Unicode workaround

On PHP 5.5 & up with MB strings by default, it is required to use unicode or mb strings, this logic is not compatible with Delphi under 2009's version

Add a workaround as "RawByteString" -> RawByteStr.pas
