Remove dead link from PYPI

Hi!

There is currently a dead package link for 'domaintools' on PYPI, the name is not functional and can not be used to install this or any other package while reserving the name from being used for any functional purpose. Does anyone here have access to this package? Would it be okay with this group if I took ownership of it to put a usable package up?
