Incorrect assumption about .zshrc

Version: Deno v2.5.6

How can one assume that the .zshrc must be located directly under HOME?

I'm not 100 per cent sure that ZDOTDIR always exists, but it won't make things worse if you take ZDOTDIR into account.

I'm assuming you mean for installing Deno.
